How to Help Inland Empire Residents Affected by Wildfires

Southern California wildfires have been marked by significant destruction, fueled by a combination of climate change, human activities, and natural conditions. Over 124,000 acres burned in September 2024, with the Inland Empire experiencing major incidents like the Line Fire and Bridge Fire in San Bernardino County and the Airport Fire in Riverside and Orange counties.

Human activities, including arson and infrastructure failures, have been linked to many of these fires, while prolonged droughts, extreme heat, and Santa Ana winds have intensified their spread. Wildfires continue to threaten homes and lives, especially in densely populated areas.

To support fire relief efforts, Inland Empire Community Foundation is accepting donations to:

Inland Southern California Wildfire Relief Fund

A fund established in 2007 to respond to the needs of those affected by the fall wildfires.
