Launched a few weeks ago, www.iecovidresponse.org is a hub of funding opportunities and resources for Inland Empire nonprofits that are responding to families and communities impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
The site was created in partnership with IECF and UC Riverside’s Center for Social Innovation with the goal of IE nonprofits utilizing the shared platform for updates on resources, needs, and opportunities connected to the COVID-19 response, including immediate and longer-term impacts connected to community health, economic vitality, belonging, and equity. Additional resources also include a weekly webinar for the nonprofit community.
With so many changes occurring every week, it is more vital than ever for leaders in the Inland Empire to share timely information about critical needs and opportunities. For a new update on the State of Nonprofits in the Inland Empire, check out CSI UCR’s new report about what makes this sector unique in the Inland Empire.
Newly added to the site is the IE COVID Monitor, which provides maps on COVID cases by city, and the region’s ability to adapt and respond. Other features include a new loan assistance program and fresh data and research.
